Tim Breslin (1968-2005), who was one of the first three players signed by the franchise, passed away on Feb. 9, 2005, due to complications from appendiceal cancer. The Chicago Wolves honor his memory with the Tim Breslin Unsung Hero Award and Memorial Scholarship.
The Dan Snyder Man of the Year Award is given to the Chicago Wolves player who demonstrates the most outstanding dedication to Chicago-area community service each year.
